Amazon Fulfillment Center SHV1

This facility is managed very poorly. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for drivers is unacceptable. Amazon should evaluate the leadership and replace the current management with people who are professional and accountable. Empty trailer locations are often reported incorrectly, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. When issues arise, staff are unwilling to help or take responsibility. This is one of the worst-managed facilities I have experienced.

I have not been wanting to do this because I understand that this opens jobs up to more people. Here is my honest review they should shut down this location because how did my package arrive to the location on what you call late Wednesday but It was actually marked as arrived at the shreveport fulfillment center at 8 am in the app. Instead of them putting it on a vehicle after checking in the package sits there at the location until around 7pm they change the delivery time to Friday due to a delay. Now we are at Friday at 2:08 and the package has not been marked as delivered or out for delivery. Shut it down. Start sending packages back through USPS or UPs. They do their jobs the best and you don't have to worry about theft. KSLA News 12 get at these reviews.

If I could give a zero I would. My order from Amazon was attempted to deliver to my house at 1031pm the first night. During the attempted deliveries my phone was called 3 times from an unknown number which later I found out was the Amazon driver attempting to contact me to access the gated community at 1030 at night. The 2nd attempt was no better. 945 pm at night. I finally received my order on the 3rd day which was delivered during NORMAL delivery hours. Do better Amazon. Deliveries should not be made to customers in the middle of the night. Thanks

Absolutely terrible I never get my orders when they are supposed to come and I’ve been a Prime member for years I’ve never had this issue until now the Shreveport Amazon fulfillment hub needs to be investigated because the orders always say there a few stops away and then they get took back to the fulfillment hub to then wait days for them to go through processing once again

This delivery service sucks. You think the Postal Service was bad. This is 10 times worse how can a package be undeliverable when there’s unlimited access to my front door and I’m home.
